Absolutely fantastic

We stayed at the Boomerang House for our family trip to Oz and we were not disappointed. The house is a home from home with everything you need plus more. The location is superb with everything at your doorstep especially the wonderful beaches. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip and will always be recommending the house to anyone and everyone. |

Stayed here for just under a week. Had everything we needed and more - even got an inground pool!!! Nice size, well equipped and located outside the city, but near enough to travel in for dinner, etc. Would I recommend this to others? Yes! Would I stay here again? If Tamara will let us... Lovely cottage in a great location

We stopped here for five weeks in total :) The owner was fab, she is very organised and gave us lots of information before we got here about the area. The cottage was perfect for me and my husband, it is very comfortable and has everything you need!! I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend/family member |

A great place to stay for many reasons. Clean and well presented accommodation with good facilities. Fabulous sea and hills views from the cottage and sunny balcony. Handy for transport, shopping, facilities, beaches, touring. Management were responsive and helpful regarding all queries. Very secure. |

Excellent accommodation, very clean with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Kids loved having a pool which although was shared with the main house, we never had to actually share and my boys used it at least once a day! BBQ was also a welcome feature which we all enjoyed. Owners were very helpful and always responded to any questions straight away. Cottage is in a quiet street within walking distance to local shops, large shopping centre, transport links and beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend to anyone - from couples to families. |

Very helpful and we received a good service. They helped us with all the information we needed regarding the drivers licences, Medicare etc. The river view cottage we stayed in was good and it accommodates everything for a furnished home. It is clean and tidy which makes it even more homely. The location of the cottage is near to everything, school, shopping, public transports and tips got cafés and restaurants not very far. We would definitely return to any of their properties and recommend anyone to stay at any of their holiday homes. |

We stayed for just under two weeks for our visa validation trip, Tamara is an excellent host and nothing was to much trouble. The house is in a great location and is beautiful, the pool is a huge bonus! Absolutely loved our stay. |

What a beautiful house. We spent 3 weeks and felt thoroughly at home. Tamara was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is stunning, 10 mins walk to the beach, sea views and close to shopping facilities. We enjoyed a stroll along the beach most nights followed by a tipple in the Port Noarlunga Hotel and then a 10 min walk back home. A wonderful stay. Thank you |

This rental is very good value for money, everything onsite you need for a good holiday, was ideal for us as very close to the beach and shops,and the pool to cool off if staying at home, to sum up I would recommend this property. |

The pictures don't do the place justice. It was much bigger than it looks. The home was spotless and had everything. Tamara was so helpful with everything that we needed. It was like we were friends! Port Noarlunga is a fabulous place. When people discover this little piece of heaven the place is going to get so popular. .Everything was so close by that we hardly used the car. Beach and pier were stunning and our trip was great. We first stayed here in 2012 and our latest rip was just as good. Thank you. |

We loved our stay at Boomerang House. It was well equipped, extremely comfortable and was in a great location with all local conveniences and more and a beautiful beach within 10 minutes walk. It was a very easy way to start our new life in Australia. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries we had and even picked us up from the airport. Too Easy ! |

Although we only stayed for a few days because of a family celebration, the house was located very conveniently to shops and various other facilities, eg transport, etc. The house itself was equipped with a lot more than the usual rental property and this was both surprising and very much appreciated - you would not want for anything at all, apart from your clothing and food- it's three bedrooms were all very well appointed, as well as the rest of the house, combined with a kitchen that would do more than justice to any new home. I also found that the property was maintained and presented very, very well and although it was august and the pool wasn't really wanted, the condition of it, I am sure would be up to the same standard as the rest of the property. Another reason that we also chose this property, was the fact that we could also have our family pet dog come with us on the trip and also stay, without having to worry about kenneling her. I could not at all fault any of my dealings with Tamara and this was a most pleasant experience in comparison to some of the people that I have had to deal with over many years. In summary, I would rate both the property and the management as the best I have experienced in any holiday letting over a period approaching 35 years. |

Fantastic Family Property
Boomerang House:
This house had everything needed to stay in comfort - a real 'home from home'. It is very well appointed and exceptionally clean and tidy. We have two small poodles who were also welcomed, which made the whole experience better! Perfectly located close to shops and beach - out of the hustle and bustle of the city - but only a short car drive to experience the city when required.

Christies Cottage
A very nice cottage for a couple with or without children, fully furnished including toys for children, ideal location to shopping within walking distance, far cleaner than some large hotel rooms. Very nice swimming pool, covered deck with barbecue, inverter air con in all three rooms for comfort, highly recommend for short or long term stay, we were visiting Australia for the first time coming from Alaska, we will book again!

Wonderful Stay
The ocean house at Port Noarlunga was like a home away from home for our family and 2 dogs. Tamara is lovely and so very helpful. She gave us lots of local information and answered any queries we had very promptly. We'll be back again for sure and would highly recommend to anyone.

My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tobie's Place in Port Noarlunga, in April 2016! It provided the perfect space for our needs, and was a comfortable place to relax after our busy days tripping around the local sites, Adelaide and the Barossa. It seemed very central to the area; only a few minutes drive to a couple of local shopping centres, the cinemas, heaps of restaurants and of course: the gorgeous beach. Really conveniently located and easily accessible. The accommodation was about a 35 minutes drive from Adelaide, and an easy drive at that. We had no trouble traveling through the region at all. Upon arrival, we noted that the accommodation was immaculately clean and smelt divine! The bed was comfortable (and is a real bed!), the bathroom was quite sizable, and the open space living, dining and kitchen was spacious. Everything seemed modern and new, and the kitchen was the perfect size to whip up a quick meal. It had a fabulous little washing machine too. It simply had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I also liked the fact that we could park our car directly in front of the accommodation, behind a secure roller door. It was private and we felt safe. The accommodation was exactly what we expected, in comparison to the listing description and photos. If anything, we were more impressed when we arrived. Our host Tamara was incredibly welcoming, and the unit contained maps and brochures of things to do in the region, which we found very interesting and most helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Tobie's Place to anyone looking for accommodation in the Port Noarlunga area. It is perfectly suited to a couple looking for a nice little break. There's so much to do in the region; it's not too far out of the city, and it's clean, secure and incredibly comfortable. Thank you Tamara for contributing to our fabulous little break in South Australia!! We'll definitely be back again!!

Boomerang House:
A lovely house with everything you could possibly want when coming to a new city. Shops,train,beautiful beaches and wineries are super close also. Tamara was always very prompt in replying to any questions we had about the house so really recommend staying here. My only regret is that we couldn't use the pool as it was the middle of winter. Other than that, 10/10 .August 2015 |

It was just perfect. it was exactly what we were looking for, and exactly what we needed. i really liked the security of the roller door, and being able to park our car directly in front of the unit. the unit contained everything we needed, and more. Just loved it. the bed was comfortable, the tv was the perfect size for the space, and the kitchen was well serviceable (i really loved the bench top!!) i was surprised at the space in the bathroom, too. The whole unit was lovely and modern, and i really liked the decor.
What Lee thought you could improve about the experience:
My hubby suggested a door stop behind the bedroom door, as we were worried the door handle would bump the wall. apart from that, we would suggest nothing. the unit was lovely. April 2016 |
Christies Cottage was perfect for our visit to the southern areas of Adelaide. The cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Most importantly, it was so quiet. Shopping and supermarkets are just around the corner and the beach is a short walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and take away places close by. The wine region of McLaren Vale is a short drive away and the village of Pt Noarlunga has a terrific bakery and good cafes. Tamara was a very friendly and helpful host and responded to all queries quickly and was very accommodating. We especially appreciated the gift of wine and shortbread!! We had a great time during our friend's wedding in Adelaide and also in exploring the region during our short stay. To top it all off, we had a little home-away-from-home place, all thanks to Tamara's Garden Cottage. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with, responded quick to any queries, no matter how big or small and provided helpful tips/advises for places to visit around the area. The Garden Cottage was fully functioning little home, quiet and clean. It is also a very convenient location, the shopping mall and grocery stores are basically next to you! Thank you for the welcoming gift, my girlfriend and I loved it. What else can I say? As a first time AirBnB experience, it was a great start! P.S, The couch was very comfy, after a long drive from Melbourne, it was very welcoming!
Our host made us feel very welcome. A nice bottle of wine and some biscuits on our arrival. Kindly allowed me to drop off some clothing prior to check in time. Accommodation was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean, tidy and well fitted out. Comfortable beds great bathroom and large kitchen. Neighbourhood was quiet and only minutes to the shops and beach. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Adelaide. |
Garden Cottage:
We felt very welcome and it was lovely to have some food and bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival, especially after a long journey. Although Tamara was away, she was still contactable, and Collette and Jonny were on hand if there were any problems. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Garden Cottage is a lovely place to stay, its cosy and clean, in a quiet street and only a short walk to the beach and town centre. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
