Work and business's
Lonsdale is the main industrial area within the southern suburbs and there are a host of work opportunities within this area. This area has large expansion plans over the coming years with the breaking down of the oil refinery starting shortly providing the land required for new businesses to move in. The desalination plant is another major employer within the area and for tradies there is an abundance of new housing estates in the Seaford and Aldinga areas close by providing ongoing work. With the recent expansion of the new rail line into Seaford, new housing plus the expansion of the industrial area over the coming years. The south is the place to be!
